Landscape Architect/Land Planner
Experience required: 3 to 5 years, registration
The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of new urban planning trends, and have strong verbal and graphic communication skills. Three to five years experience in the private sector preparing site plans and construction documents for mixed use and multi-family communities is required, as well as Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, permitting, preparation of construction documents (including amenity detailing), and construction administration. Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and graphic.

This position involves significant responsibility for project team management, budget and time management. It also involves significant opportunity for growth within our firm.

Entry Level Landscape Designer
Experience required: Bachelors degree, one year work experience
We are looking for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic and energetic. The ideal candidate should posses strong design and graphic skills, strong capacity to understand technical issues of site planning. Proficiency in AutoCADD and MS Word is required.

Civil Draftsman
Experience required: Technical degree, one year work experience, minimum.

Candidate should be in their junior or senior year. They should be self-motivated with strong design and communication skills and must have a level of proficiency with Auto CADD.
