A 252 unit multi-family housing project, located on 14.2 acres. Project engineering included: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) with phased erosion/sedimentation controls, and two onsite dry pond BMPs providing storm drainage detention and water quality; Road Improvement Plans to widen 985 feet of roadway along the property frontage, and provide new dedicated turn lanes; Water Supply and Sanitary Sewer Plans.

Landscape architecture included: Site plan layout, amenity areas/entry monument plans, and landscaping plans. Anticipated Completion in 2010.
