Urban mixed-use site in South End for 360 Apartment Units and 8,000 SF of Retail Space. The project was designed to LEED Silver standards. The site abuts the LYNX Rail Corridor and required significant coordination with CATS and City officials to coordinate pedestrian connections, multi-use trails, and cost sharing agreements. Amenities include 4 urban courtyards, swimming pool, and café dining area. Master Plan, Street Design, Construction Documents, Amenity and Landscape Plans. Complete 2009.
