M Street A mixed use development in the heart of Charlotte's bustling First Ward district. The project included 67 Townhomes and 7,800 SF of Retail and Office space. The plans included re-design and lane closures on City and State roads to create more urban appropriate streetscape and parking. Plans also included a connector for the larger greenway trail network system. Master Plan, Construction Documents, Extensive Traffic Control Plans, Public Street Design, Amenity and Landscape Plans.
