Quarterside A mixed-use development on an urban block in Charlotte's First Ward district including 186 Residential Condos and 13,000 SF Retail/Office space. Plans also included streetscape design, coordination for a major existing storm drainage vault bisecting the site, urban open space development, cafe seating areas along 7th Street, a rooftop pool deck, and several rooftop courtyards.
