Residential and Commercial projects in Rosedale Commons, a mixed-use development located in Huntersville, NC. The projects included 121 Townhomes, 304 Apartments, 31 Live-Work Units and master planning for a portion of the commercial development. All were developed using neo-traditional neighborhood development standards and included a pedestrian friendly streetscape and an interconnected system of squares, parks and other coordinated amenities. Master Plan and Construction Documents. Completed 2002.
