A high-rise building on Trade Street in Uptown Charlotte for 202 Residential Condos, 6,500 SF Retail, and 13,000 SF Office. Extensive negotiation with City planners was required for greenway connections, lane closures, utility relocation, public art, streetscape design, and construction phasing. We worked in close collaboration with the Architect, MEP, and Structural Engineer to develop roof top amenities including a swimming pool, shade sails, dog park, a gas outdoor campfire, outdoor kitchen and pool tables. Master Plan, Street Design, Construction Documents, Amenity and Landscape Plans. Complete - 2006.
