The project included 118 Residential Condos, 10 Live-work Units, 23,000 SF of Retail and 16,000 SF of Office space. The project encompasses the entire block bounded by South Boulevard, McDonald Street, Euclid Avenue, and Magnolia Avenue. Plans included urban friendly streetscape design, detailed construction documents, central courtyard design and landscaping.
