Amentiy Upgrades to an existing aparment community. As part of a potential purchase of the property, DRG was brought in to identify opportunites to improve the visual impact and usabitly of the property. Working from only GIS information and site visits, DRG created concept sketches to reveal opportutnities and marketing materials to illustrate the potential viablity of the project. Plans included an improved streetscape with integrated project identification features, upgraded pool deck with seating areas and outdoor kitchen, public gathering spaces, and an integrated trail network system to link unconnected site features into a unified and accessible network. 2008 Ongoing.
