340 apartment development in the fast growing section of South End. The project required extensive negotiations with the municipal authorities and private land owners which includied a land swap agreement with the Pepsi Bottling Plant, improvements to the light rail frontage, design of a new public roadway, and the first private crossing of a light rail track. Amenity documents created two dynamic urban courtyards, and a rooftop plaza atop the parking deck with sweeping views of the skyline.
