Urban style Multi-family community with 203 apartment units on 7.27 acres located within the Northlake shopping district.  The project incorporated modern design into its amenities which include an upscale resort style pool with sun deck, fountain, outdoor kitchen, overhead trellis and festival lighting.  Master Plan, Construction Documents, Amenity and Landscape Plans.
