A 375 acre community in York County. Plans include a 12 AC Town Square with Retail, a YMCA, Fire Station, an extensive neighborhood park system, and 1,100 homes with a variety of product type. Each area of the site has a unique character and includes other amenities such as mountain bike trails, community centers, and a large picnic area in a mature forest. Extensive site investigation and inventory was required to achieve a design that met the development requirements and protected fragile ecosystems.  Master Plan, Rezoning Documents, Amenity Plans, and Construction Documents.  2007 Ongoing.
