DRG produced a Traffic Impact Analysis report (according to CDOT and NCDOT standard guidelines) for the redevelopment of the existing Boulevard Homes apartment complex (approximately 34.25 Acres on 9 parcels), located on the northeast quadrant of West Boulevard and Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte, NC.  The existing zoning is R-22MF, and the proposed zoning classification is MUDD(CD).  CHA intends to construct a mix of apartments, a 900-student public (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools) school for students from kindergarten through 9th grade, senior adult attached housing, a day care center, and a community center.
