DRG served as the transportation rezoning consultant for the Bellmore Hall, LLC (Simonini, LLC), which has constructed a small subdivision with 39 single family lots on the south side of Windyrush Road between Rea Road and Providence Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.   The developer is proposing to install gates (to be activated remotely) at both of their proposed private street connections to Windyrush Road. The existing zoning is R-3 and the proposed zoning is MX-1 (Innovative); the change in zoning is being requested to allow private streets with gated entrances.  The overall site is approximately 13.18 acres in size.
