DRG served as the transportation consultant for the Crosland Greens mixed-use development on the NE quadrant of South Boulevard and Scaleybark Road in Charlotte, NC. The development will be completed in 2013 and is expected to contain: 60,000 SF Office, 102,500 SF Retail, 294 Apartments, 17,000 SF Library, 45,000 SF Supermarket, 27 Single Family Homes, and 70 Townhomes. Crosland has been given preliminary approval by CDOT for the installation of a traffic signal at their proposed street with Scaleybark Road. DRG conducted a SWA to anticipate when the intersection will meet the minimum requirements for signalization based on a phased development plan.
