DRG produced a Traffic Impact Analysis report (according to CDOT and NCDOT standard guidelines) for the development of the Winter, Elizabeth, Apartment Community, located on the north side of East 7th Street, west of East 5th Street in Charlotte, NC.  The existing zoning of the property is R-22MF, and the proposed zoning classification is MUDD (CD).  The developer intends to construct up to 406 apartments (with two (2) four-level parking decks) on this site.
