
Morrison Tract 3 DRG served as the transportation rezoning consultant for the Morrison Tract 3 redevelopment, which is situated east of the corner of Sharon and Colony Roads, one block from SouthPark Mall in the prestigious South Park residential area. The redevelopment of this site includes 290 senior attached residences, 100 assisted living/congregate care units, a 30,000 SF health club, and 20,000 SF of retail space. |
