
The Paddock at A proposed 250-unit apartment complex. DRG prepared a Traffic Impact Analysis for the project in accordance with the SCDOT Access & Roadside Management Standards and the York County Interim Development Ordinance. This report provided analysis of the traffic operations within the area of influence including six intersections along the Springfield Parkway corridor. The document provided recommended best practices access management for the site as well as intersection improvements needed for the mitigation of the anticipated overall traffic impacts generated by the development of the property. |
