DRG served as the transportation zoning consultant for the Siskey Family YMCA (YMCA of Greater Charlotte), which expanded its building footprint by 11,000 SF (from 71,000 SF to 82,000 SF) to accommodate overcrowding in the childwatch and fitness areas (membership did not increase). The Siskey Family YMCA is located at 3127 Weddington Road in the Town of Matthews, NC.   The existing zoning is R-20 and the proposed zoning is R-I (CD).  The overall site is approximately 33.87 acres in size.
