
Sycamore at Gateway DRG served as the transportation rezoning consultant for the The Sycamore at Gateway mixed-use development located immediately east of Interstate 77, north of W 5th Street in Charlotte, NC. The existing zoning is UR-3 (FAR 2.0) with a small amount of UR-2 (FAR 1.0) and the developer is requesting a rezoning to UMUD. The development will be constructed in two phases and the site is expected to contain 427 apartments/condominiums and a combination of retail and office components totaling 110,150 SF. |
